LaserMate is a single-use product and must be used in accordance with the guidance provided.   LaserMate is intended for professional use only. It is not a replacement for mandatory safety equipment or protective measures. We accept no liability for improper use or misuse of the product. Users must follow all relevant manufacturer guidelines and industry standards when using LaserMate.

• Pricing
  All prices are listed in GBP (£). We are not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged on purchases. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be added separately at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

7. User Conduct & Limitation of Liability

·        Single Use Only: LaserMate is designed for single-use. Dispose of the product immediately if any signs of wear, damage, or degradation are present.

·        Compatibility Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the user to confirm compatibility between LaserMate and their specific Laser or IPL device, including all machine settings, prior to purchase or use. Users must refer to their equipment manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure safe and appropriate application.

·        Limitation of Liability: LaserMate shall not be held liable for any misuse, improper technique, or deviation from recommended usage which may result in equipment damage, injury, or undesired outcomes.

·        Not a Substitute for Safety Equipment: LaserMate does not replace certified protective measures including, but not limited to, approved safety eyewear, shielding devices, or operator-specific safety protocols. All standard safety practices must be adhered to at all times.

·        Printing Surface Warning: Direct laser application to the printed side of LaserMate may result in adverse effects depending on the device type and settings. It is advised to use the non-printed (reverse) side or avoid targeting any printed/red-marked areas during treatment.

·        Post-Treatment Documentation: For safety reasons, it is recommended that any patient identification or treatment notes be recorded on LaserMate after the laser procedure is complete to prevent unintended interaction between the writing material and the laser beam.
