At The Original LaserMate, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our current processing times, delivery options, shipping rates, and more.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Custom or personalised items may take longer to produce (typically [e.g., 5–10 business days]) due to design, personalisation, or approval processes.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM  will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number (if applicable).

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Scotland highlands and Islands and the Isle of Man.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently only offer standard Shipping which takes around 4–5 business days. This may be longer for Scotland, Ireland and Isle of Man.  

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by weather, customs delays, holidays, or courier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Destination country

  • Shipping method

  • Package weight and dimensions

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly advertised.

Northern Ireland- £6.99

Scotland Highlands and Islands £6.99

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by their local government.

We cannot mark orders as “gift” or misrepresent the value of goods to avoid customs fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your account on our website to check your order status.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local postal office first.

  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim or investigate with the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
