At The original LaserMate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • For digital products or services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may only be granted if the product was not downloaded/accessed or if there’s a technical issue we are unable to resolve.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:​

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Used Items

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@theoriginallasermate.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request

  • Photos (if applicable, such as damaged or incorrect items)

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

  • You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges and Replacements

We are happy to offer exchanges or replacements for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
